Coconut Jello

Method:

Mix coconut cream with rest of the ingredients. Stir over a low flame till sugar and china grass are dissolved. Simmer gently for 2 minutes and remove from fire. Cool and pour in a plate so that the level of the mixture is about 1 cm. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve cut into 4 cm squares.
