Coconut Cake

Method:

In a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar till fluffy. Add the dessicated coconut and chopped nuts. Mix lightly. Gradually add the flour earlier sieved a couple of times with the baking powder. Pour in the milk and a few drops of vanilla essence. Put the mixture in a greased and floured cake tin and bake in a preheated tandoor for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the tin before serving.
