Cinnamon Biscuits



Beat butter and sugar together till light. Combine maida with salt, baking powder and cinnamon powder and stir into the beaten mixture with milk till well blended. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured board to about 1/2 cm thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter and place on a greased baking tray. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top. Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) till light brown for about 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and store in an air tight container.
