Chapatti Pizza

Use a little stale chapati. Roast it on a skillet to make it semi crisp. Prepare sauce. Melt butter, saute onions and garlic till soft. Add tomato puree and the spices. Boil and simmer for 5 mins. Melt corn flour in a little water and add to the sauce to thicken it. Spread sauce evenly on the chapatti. Sprinkle cheese, capsicum, mushrooms all over. Grill for 5 mins to melt the cheese. Serve hot with spicy capsico sauce.
