Method:

Sieve and mix the flours together in a mixing bowl. Add salt, sugar and butter. Mix well with the flour till butter blends. Gradually add water and knead to a smooht dough. Pat and knead well for several times. Make balls and roll out into medium sized chapatis. Roast on a hot tawa first one side. Turn over and apply little oil on top. When it puffs up, turn over and roast till light brown on both sides. Serve hot with desired sabji
