Cauliflower Biryani

Cook rice and spread them in a sheet or a plate to cool them. Peel and grate the carrots. Cut the onions into fine pieces. Grind to a fine paste coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies and grated coconut after frying them in a little oil. Now heat oil in a pan and add the masala spices. Add mustard seeds(optional). Add the onions and fry them till golden brown. Now add the grated carrots and cook them till tender. Add the ground paste and cook till you get a nice aroma. Now add the cooked rice and mix them well. Add salt. When they are mixed well remove from fire and serve hot.
