Cauliflower Bhajia

Method:

Break cauliflower into small sprigs and wash. Slice onion, half garlic, ginger and grind remainder. Heat fat. Add mustard seeds or cumin. When seeds crackles add turmeric and sliced ingredients and fry well. Add ground spices and cauliflower. Add salt. Cook over gentle heat with lid on till cauliflower is cooked. Add mango powder. Stir well and remove.
