Carrot Payasam

Peel the skin from carrots and grate them finely. Boil the milk fine and set aside to cool. In a pressure cooker cook grated carrot with little water and cashewnuts separately(this can be done with a microwave too). Drain out the water and grind both carrots and cashews together. Mix the paste to the drained out water and boil them after adding sugar. At the end add milk and the fried pista and badam essence.
