Bhendi-in-Dahi

Method:

Wash, wipe and cut bhendi into small pieces. Grind the coconut, chillies, mustard seeds together to a paste. Fry the cut bhendi. Add turmeric powder, salt, jaggery and coconut paste to the well fried bhendi. Then add curds and mix well. Heat this mixture for a while. Serve with chapatti or rice.
