Method:

Soak bread in water. Squeeze out. Sieve flour with soda. Add bread, salt and curd and mix to a fairly wet dough. Leave to stand overnight. Knead well. Divide into even sized portions. Roll out as for poori. Half fry in deep hot fat. Remove, press down and bake on a griddle till cooked both the sides.
