Sieve flour. Beat curd well. Add salt and melted fat(about 30 gm) and curd. Add sufficient water to make a hard dough. Divide the dough into even balls, lightly flatten, press in teh centre with the thumb. Boil these balls in hot water for about 10-12 minutes. Remove. With a sharp knife slit a cross in the centre of the ball without cutting through. Fry these in hot fat till golden brown in color. Serve them piping hot with a little melted fat poured over.
