Banana And Vegetable Pasta

Bring a pan of lightly salted water to boil and cook the pasta until just tender. Drain thoroughly. Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan and fry the leeks, pepper and mushrooms for two minutes, stir in the pinenuts and banana and toss in the cooked pasta. Mix together the pesto sauce and fromage frais, pour over and toss into the pasta. Sprinkle with torn basil and serve with a crisp green salad garnished with a sprinkling of basil and a sprig of basil.
