Apple Roll



Mix the apple puree, icing sugar, finely chopped cashewnuts, finely grated almonds, powdered marie biscuits and a few drops of vanilla essence. If the mixture is too dry, a little dairy cream could be added. If too soft some more biscuit powder can be added. Mix thoroughly then roll out into a stiff roll. Place in a foil and refrigerate for 10 to 12 hours. Serve Plain or with vanilla icecream.
