Apple Pudding

Peel and core the apples. Then cut them into small bits. Puree the apple bits in a the blender jar for a minute. Beat the eggs well. Butter the bread slices and then break them up into small pieces. In a mixing bowl put in the apple puree, sugar, beaten eggs, chopped cashewnuts buttered bread pieces and the vanilla essence. Mix all lightly. Then pour out into a greased dish and bake in a moderate oven till top is lightly browned. Chill till serving time.
