Alu Tikka



Peel and mash potatoes. Soak bread slices in water for a minute. Then squeeze the water out and keep aside. In a mixing bowl mix the mashed potatoes, sliced bread, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, green coriander and salt. Then shape into small croquettes. Slide them on the oiled skewers and brush lightly with oil. Heat the tandoor for about 5 minutes and grill the potato rolls till done. Keep rotating the skewers till they are uniformly brown. Serve hot on a bed of onion, tomato and cucumber rings.
