Roast the rice for 5 minutes and pressure cook it with milk. In a saucepan put the sugar and water. When it gets thicken add the mashed rice to it. Cut the cashewnuts and fry them. Powder the cardamom. Add the fried cashews and cardamom to the rice and milk mixture. Heat the saffrom strands in 1 tbsp milk and add it too. Serve hot.
