Peas And Pineapple Pulao



Clean and soak the rice in water for about 20 minutes. Put the butter in the cooker and fry the finely sliced onion to a golden brown. Then add the chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste and fry for sometime. Now mix in the whole garam masala and the slit green chillies. Stir for a while. Now pur in the drained rice and the green peas. Add salt to taste and three cups of water. Pressure cook for three minutes only. Open the cooker and toss in the pineapple bits. Then close the cooker lid and open only after ten to fifteen minutes. Serve hot with raitha.
