Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Fry red chillies, curry leaves, garlic and cummin seed in little oil.
  2. Grind with salt and soaked tamarind to smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil and add mustard seeds to crackle.
  4. Mix with chutney.
  5. Use as a sandwich spread on buttered toast.
